Nick studied Critical Fine Art Practice at Central Saint Martins in London in the early nineties and later Design Critical Practice at Goldsmiths - (BA and MA respectively). In between he also did at stint at the Royal College of Art where he studied Design Products under Ron Arad.

In 2003 Nick moved to Japan and then later to Singapore where he set up Little Red Dots with Nathaniel Walters and Mickey Koh. The six years in Singapore proved a productive period with exhibitions in various countries as well as teaching positions at LaSalle College of the Arts and Raffles Design Institute.

Since Goldsmiths Nick has produced a series of narrative led audio-visual compositions that deal with issues such as space, place and identity. All of these works can be found here - http://vimeo.com/album/2875979
